Her educational journey, rooted in a profound commitment to learning, led her to the University of Georgia. There, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, a Master of Arts in Teaching in Special Education, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Psychology. These accomplishments have been the bedrock of her fervent advocacy for elementary education and her pursuit of equity within this vital field.

Adrionna's rich experience in teaching has been a guiding light in her career, shaping her understanding of the unique needs of young learners. It is this understanding that inspired her to delve into the world of children's literature. She aspires to create books that are not only engaging and educational but also reflective of the diverse society in which we live. Her literary works focus on nurturing communication skills, fostering character development, and enhancing social-emotional learning, all while ensuring the representation of black and brown characters is both meaningful and prominent.

Firm in her belief that social-emotional learning and character development are essential and should be both enjoyable and immersive, Adrionna ventured to create the Character Kids Book series. This series is a reflection of her vision to blend learning seamlessly into both the home and school environments. Complementing this initiative, she founded the nonprofit organization, Character Kid, dedicated to extending these valuable educational experiences to a wider audience.
